Braydon McNabb

Born and raised in the Exhibition Park neighbourhood of Downtown Guelph, Braydon is proud of where he is from and loves his hometown of Guelph. Growing up in the Downtown core, Braydon was always fascinated by the mature homes in the area and loved the character and soul they offered.

Braydon has been involved with owning and investing in real estate since he was 18, purchasing and converting a bungalow into a duplex rental property, where Braydon learned valuable construction skills, how to effectively landlord, and the ups and downs of home ownership. Since this experience, Braydon always knew that he needed to be in real estate as a career. Before getting his real estate license, he pursued a career as a Carpenter, gaining hands-on experience in building and renovating houses. Braydon has leveraged his construction experience to help friends and family make good decisions when purchasing and renovating their places, and he’s passionate about providing this same service to his clients.
