30 Vaughan Street is a large 5 bedroom home with a finished basement and single car garage. Located just off Gordon Street, it is on several direct bus routes to the University or Downtown. A short walk or drive will take you to shopping, grocery stores, The Borealis Restaurant, and several other amenities.  The main floor is open concept with a small powder room which makes for a great functional living space. 4 equal-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom are all on the second level, and the 5th bedroom is located on the lower level.  Additionally, you'll have a local landlord who wants to help you enjoy your stay in Guelph.
