Description

LIVEHERE Real Estate is a thriving, full-service real estate business, and is successful because of our team. We’re looking to add another real estate agent to our team to help clients buy, sell, invest, and assist them with everything in between. Our newest real estate agent will hit the ground running with sales and marketing tools, online resources, and lead-generation advantages — all set up for success!

Job Duties

• Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements
• Select and show properties that meet client needs, help identify the best options, and assist client with redefining needs when necessary
• Consult with client to ensure fiduciary service of real estate transaction, from initial contact through contract to close, and provide advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options
• Build lists of properties that include detailed specifications, and market them through open houses, advertisements, networking, and existing relationships
• Lead negotiations with industry professionals and clients, and review contract terms to verify accuracy

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Guelph and surrounding areas
• Diploma or equivalent in Real Estate Salesperson Program
• Valid real estate licence with RECO
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act an asset but not required
