BIO
As a Guelph lifer, Chloe brings with her a knowledge of the city that is deeply rooted; one that offers unique perspectives, from neighbourhoods, gyms, and watering holes. Chloe joined the LIVEHERE team in 2013 and started out by cleaning investment properties, cutting grass, painting, and minor problem-solving. She now manages a multi-million dollar real estate investment portfolio while continuing to grow her personal portfolio.
As a former member and captain of the U of G's Women's Rugby team, Chloe still plays an active role in the Guelph rugby community as a member of the Guelph Redcoats RFC and as an assistant coach with the Gryphon Women's Rugby team.

Why real estate?
After being coached in rugby by Dave during my undergrad, I just sort of fell into it. Real estate seemed like the natural path post-grad and made a lot of sense. It has afforded me a lot of autonomy and freedom, so why not help others discover the same.

What do you enjoy most about what you do?
Truthfully, the flexibilities and freedoms of the job, although that does have the trade-off of always being reachable, even on a Sunday at 7:00 pm.

Tell me about your favourite past-time.
Anything that involves being surrounded by friends: playing rugby, card and board games, or going to the local watering holes!

I like anything with lots of flavour... and chocolate.
